When the weather is cooler outside, many women tend to like that the temperature in the shower should be increased. However, in the long run this is actually quite damaging to your skin. With that comes the use of harsh soaps – this may be good for summer but certainly not good for fall or winter. So to protect your skin, try a more nourishing and hydrating cleanser. Your skin will be so much smoother and healthier.

Try a thicker moisturizer

Due to climate and temperature change in the fall, we should switch to a thicker and more hydrating moisturizer before bed and in the morning. This is so essential while waiting to conserve its dew. So, during the cooler months, say goodbye to the light, oil-free moisturizer you’ve been using all summer.

Treat your feet

Sandals, flip flops, and some on-trend slides are all summer essentials, but believe it or not, they really make you feel. Many people love the fall season, but with it comes a lot of drawbacks, especially for our skin. While most take care of their face and body during the colder months, people tend to neglect their hands. This is a big mistake!
